The time for the Creative Cafe is coming closer and we are all soooo excited about it. This is going to be a huge thing here. This is not only a new product line but it is themed all around education and playing!! You can touch and feel all of the products, you can by buttons, tags... one by one or by the scoop full! Oh... I get so excited just thinking about it!! I have dug up a few preview projects that others have done with this awesome new line! Remember that only 200 stores world-wide will have this... and Scrapbooks, Invitations and More is one of them!!

IT SURE FEELS GOOD...
... to scrapbook that is! Believe it or not, but it has been too long since I have scrapbooked anything for myself. All of us employees here at SI&M are constantly doing things for the store (which is great), but it leaves very little time for our personal projects. I spent some time today, creating some new layouts and adding some final touches to those not yet finished (I seem to have a lot of those!!)! It felt so good! Right now I am totally obsessed with Stickles, Fancy Pants posies, pins & buttons, Reminisce sticker letters, scalloped paper from Bazzill and transparencies!! If you guys look close, you may be able to spot some things yet to come from SEI and Scenic Route!!! Oh yeah... I will post the full photos of these as soon as I get them finished! If you guys haven't scrapbooked for you lately... go ahead and take the time to do it... it felt great!!!

CROPTOBER FEST SNEAK PEEK
FEATURED PAGE KIT
Pre-made page kits have become a huge demand here. It seems to be an easy way to catch up on some layouts. These kit range in price from $8.99 down. They have colored photos, step-by-step directions and pre-cut pieces. How simple can you get?? The featured kit right now is called "Trick or Treat". This is a great way to prepare for the upcoming holiday or finish up some photos from past Halloweens.
QUICKUTZ CLUB IS THINKING AHEAD
Quickutz Club has started getting ready for the holidays... with all of the new holiday QK dies, they had no choice. I just thought I would share some of the projects from QK Club this month. Donna took some of those clear Christams balls and decorated them with QK and rub-ons. These goodie bags are too cute too! It's amazing what you can do with a few Quickutz dies, patterned paper and stickles! Deanna Hooper who drives all the way from Powder Springs, was the big winner of a QK alphabet that night! Congratulations Deanna! Oh yeah... on another note... QK Club is now one years old and going strong!! How exciting is that?!?! I also wanted to share something with you that I thought was quite funny... check this out... this is the link to a post from Cathy Zielske's blog (it's about her QK Revolution): http://cathyzielske.typepad.com/my_weblog/2007/09/ladies-and-gent.html

TINKERING INK
Tinkering Ink is a fairly new company but is becoming wildly popular. There is nothing out there like it. We have 4 of their new lines... Haberdasher (great boy line), Yuletide (Christmas, obviously), Botanical Bliss (gorgeous) & Noir ??? (the black & white line). Sorry, I just completely forgot the name of that one!! These are great. They also have some lotion that is made specifically for working with paper. Alot of times people get try cracky hands when handling lots of paper, so they created this lotion to heal that. It is also oil free, so you can go right back to working on your project & you leave no greasy marks. At CHA, they gave us some to try & now I keep mine right there on my scrapbook table, so it's easily accessible!! Love it!
