New product alert!

As most of you know ...Valerie is the technology behind our team! I can barely check email! But we have fabulous new product in and I need to learn to show it to you so I am going to attempt to give you a peek! As you know the GCD Studios lines came last week. We have Lost in Paradise, Whoop de Doo, Zen Garden and Carnival Ride.

American Crafts- New Thickers alphabets and chipboard accents, Rub ons, journal stickers, and of course the beautiful spring ribbon rolls!

Scenic Route - 3 mini lines- Roxbury (the wonderful Christmas line), Loveland (my favorite Valentine line) and The beautiful new Easter line, Lynden. Scenic Route is definitely one of our favorite companies! They have just introduced 2 more lines that will be in soon! I can't wait!

JOB UPDATE

As most of you know, I have recently started my career in the field of Psychology! I am now a Children's Counselor at Inner Harbour Hospital in Douglasville, GA. Inner Harbour is a non-profit residential treatment center for emotionally and behaviorally disabled children ages 6 - 18. I am working with the kids ages 6 - 12! It is pretty intense but extremely interesting.

I just learned something today that is pretty cool... Publix and Inner Harbour are "partners". This means, that if you shop at Publix and you are interested in helping out Inner Harbour, you can pick up one of the little barcode key tags that I have left at the store. Every time you go to Publix, have them scan your tag and they donate a certain percentage to Inner Harbour... pretty cool, huh?!? I brought a whole bunch to the store, so if you are interested just let an employee know! I would love for all of them to be picked up. Inner Harbour is doing some incredible work with children, so I encourage you to get one of these. All it takes is for you to put it on your key chain and have them scan it everytime you grocery shop!! If you want to check the website out, it is... www.innerharbour.org . Thanks so much everybody!

HOW CUTE!

This is a project from one of our "littlest" customers... Callie & she is only 8 years old!! Isn't this sooo cute?!? I had to give her props because she is a new scrapper and doing fabulous work!! Great job, Callie!!

Check out the new GCD Studios products!! This is the line I was telling you about... the one that we are previewing before anyone else!! Yeah... that's cool, right?!? I love this stuff... so pretty! It is actually "supposed" to be here tomorrow, but don't hold me to that!! You never know!

I thought I would share this you... I have to have the "Daisy" line for my lil' pup!! And you know that our Claire has to have the "Claire"line! I absolutely love Elsie stuff!! There are four new lines... Claire, Cody, Daisy & Forest!!

KARDS FOR KIDS

We really wanted to do something "sweet" for Valentine's Day this year!! We decided to do a "Valentine Drive". SI&M will be participating in J93.3's annual Kards for Kids. We are going to encourage everyone, to have fun creating a few valentine cards and then bring them to us. We will then be getting these sweet notes to Christian City Children's Home in Union City for the kids!! Everybody needs to be told they're special, kind and loved on this holiday! So... help us let these kids know!! The more the merrier!! You can deliver these to us from February 4-9! Bring in 3 valentine's cards and you will recieve a free thank you gift from us here at SI&M!!

MORE NEW!!

Basic Grey's Two Scoops has finally arrived!! This is one of Basic Grey's best lines in a while! Beautiful colors and great patterns! There are some really cute stamps too!! I love it!! There are a few more new things in today... lots of new Bazzill cardstock and some great new acrylic pieces in! There is one more acrylic scalloped edge album and several new ribbon slides of all different sizes!

NEW PRODUCTS!!

New Reminisce!! This is Green Day & Happy Easter. I don't do much for St. Patrick's Day, myself... but I can totally just imagine an adorable page about the important people in my life, declaring just "how lucky" I am to have them! And the Easter... oh it's just too cute! I think the journaling block stickers are my favorite. so cute and playful! Check them out today!!

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK...

There is a new company coming out this season... and Crafter's Home stores have been chosen to preview it before anyone else!!! Since we are part of that group, that means we will be one of the few preview stores!! This new company is called GCD Studios!! GCD has been described by some as Basic Grey mixed with a Chatterbox and and a little bit of LUXE. I actually agree!! This is so exciting!! I believe that towards the end of next week we will be allowed to post pictures... I'll keep you updated on that!
